I don't want to turn someone off; making espresso is messy and will always be except you pop for the $1000 machines that do the complete factor. three)I would not have much use for the automated serving system (the middle dial). Supposedly you must use it to regulate the quantity of water, however I to find it varies considerably between photographs.
